Dr Natasha Down

Chiropractor

Bachelor of Applied Science (Clinical Science), Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiropractic)

Natasha graduated from RMIT in 2000 and brings over two decades of experience as a chiropractor. Originally from Launceston, Tasmania, Natasha recently relocated to Adelaide with her daughter Amelie to support Amelie’s soccer journey - she’s a Junior Matilda and will be joining an Adelaide-based team too. Her son Owen is studying engineering at Monash University in Melbourne and her husband Damian (also a chiropractor) continues to work interstate.

Natasha’s approach to chiropractic care combines joint manipulation with a range of soft tissue techniques, such as pressure point therapy, muscle stripping, PNF, and myofascial release. Her treatment style closely aligns with osteopathic principles, focusing on the whole body and tailoring each session to suit the individual.

She also integrates active rehabilitation into her care, often drawing on Pilates-based movement to help manage chronic and structural issues. This encourages long-term improvement and gives her clients the tools to be more involved in their own recovery.

Natasha has a particular interest in managing disc-related pain and regularly uses disc compression exercises as part of her treatment plans.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find Natasha on the sidelines cheering on Amelie, exploring new places, enjoying a bushwalk, or hunting down the perfect cup of coffee.
