Viv is a women’s health physiotherapist in Adelaide. She provides specialised physiotherapy for women through every stage of life. She has a particular interest in birth preparation, using nervous system-informed, mind-body and somatic emotional approaches alongside specific techniques and exercises to help babies find an optimal position for an easier labour and birth. This underpins her broader work supporting pregnancy, postnatal recovery, pelvic floor dysfunction, continence concerns and returning to exercise safely and confidently. She also has extensive experience treating newborns and babies, supporting feeding concerns, developmental milestones, movement preferences, head shape and neck conditions, while working closely with parents to achieve the best outcomes for their little ones.

Rachel Elmassih
Clinical Pilates Instructor
Rachel is a Clinical Pilates Instructor at Southside Clinic in Unley who is passionate about helping people move with confidence, build strength and stay active throughout every stage of life. She creates personalised Clinical Pilates programs to support injury rehabilitation, improve mobility and help clients achieve lasting health and wellbeing.
Rachel has a special interest in women's health, pregnancy, postnatal recovery and healthy ageing. She is particularly passionate about empowering women over 40 and through perimenopause and menopause, helping them build strength, improve bone health and maintain an active, independent lifestyle.
Working closely with Southside Clinic's osteopaths, physiotherapists and chiropractor, Rachel provides individualised one-on-one and small group Clinical Pilates sessions using the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector and mat-based exercises. She also leads Southside Studio's StrongHER and Sculpt Mat Pilates classes, creating a welcoming environment where women can build strength, confidence and resilience through purposeful movement.
