Using the Pilates method combined with ballet movements and principles, our qualified instructors are trained to support your unique needs to ensure you enjoy the class and both see and feel the results.

Sculpt Mat Pilates / Strength, control and confident movement
Sculpt Mat Pilates is a dynamic, full-body class designed to build strength, improve mobility and enhance movement control. With a maximum of 10 participants per class, you’ll benefit from close guidance while enjoying the energy of a supportive group environment. Sessions incorporate progressive weight loading, balance challenges, resistance band training and layered mat-based exercises to help you move with greater confidence and control.
Suitable for all fitness levels, Sculpt focuses on refining the way you move — not just completing repetitions. You’ll develop strength, stability and coordination while improving flexibility and body awareness. Whether you’re returning to exercise, complementing other training, or looking to build a stronger foundation, this class will help you feel more capable and resilient in your everyday movement.
The StrongHER Method / Strength for the years ahead.
The Southside StrongHER Method is a clinically guided strength program designed specifically for peri and post-menopausal women who want to build strength safely, protect their bone health and maintain long-term independence. Developed in collaboration with our women’s health physiotherapist and exercise physiologist, this small-group program focuses on movement quality, balance, and progressive strength. Helping you feel capable, confident and strong, not “old.”
Every participant begins with a 1:1 movement assessment* to ensure the program is tailored to where your body is now. We assess balance, mobility, strength and bone-loading readiness so you can train safely and effectively. StrongHER is ideal for women 40+ who don’t feel comfortable in traditional gyms but want expert guidance in a supportive environment, with a clear focus on longevity, resilience and staying independent for years to come.
*Online bookings, you will need to book a 1:1 Clinical Pilates Studio session ($90)
Clinical Pilates Studio / Targeted, small group clinical Pilates
A dynamic, circuit-style class using the reformer, wunda chair, spine corrector and mat to strengthen, stabilise and mobilise the whole body.
Our qualified Clinical Pilates instructor works closely with your practitioner, ensuring exercises are safe, targeted, and designed to support (not compromise!) your treatment and recovery.
These classes are designed for you in an initial 1:1 session so we get to know you and what you need.
Perfect for getting back into exercise, rehabilitation or wanting to refine and get the most out of your body.
