Our Clinical Pilates classes are ideal for anyone wanting to make meaningful, lasting improvements to their physical health. Our qualified Clinical Pilates instructor works closely with your practitioner, ensuring exercises are safe, targeted, and designed to support (not compromise!) your treatment and recovery.
Barre
Build strength, flexibility, coordination and balance in a fun and supportive environment.
Not tried Barre before or just getting back into exercise? Love working out but prefer low-impact style exercise?
This is your class!
We take the time to modify exercises so you feel supported but still challenged.
Sculpt Mat Pilates
This class focusses on strength and mobility, incorporating progressive weight loading, balance challenges, resistance band training and so much more.
These classes are suitable for all fitness levels and encourage you to refine the way you move, while building strength and control.
Clinical Pilates
A dynamic, circuit-style class using the reformer, wunda chair, spine corrector and mat to strengthen, stabilise and mobilise the whole body.
These classes are designed for you in an initial 1:1 session so we get to know you and what you need.
Perfect for getting back into exercise, rehabilitation or wanting to refine and get the most out of your body.

6pm Barre Emma / Jacki (alternating)
Friday:

Saturday:
8:15am Barre Emma / Jacki (alternating)
9:30am Pilates Mat Sculpt Rachel
10:30am Clinical Pilates Studio Rachel
