Dianne Wood
Physiotherapist & Clinical Pilates Instructor
B Sp.Co & Ex.Sci. M Physio.
Dianne’s journey into physiotherapy began during her years as a young ballerina, where she developed a keen interest in how the body moves and functions. This passion led her to study Sports Coaching and Exercise Science at the University of Canberra, followed by a Master of Physiotherapy. Since then, she’s continued to expand her skills with further training in dry needling, sports physiotherapy, and Pilates.
Dianne began her career in a busy multidisciplinary clinic in Canberra, where she worked closely with osteopaths and gained valuable experience across a range of conditions. She also spent two seasons (2017 and 2018) working with the Canberra Raiders’ junior development squads before returning to Adelaide.
With a hands-on and personalised approach, Dianne loves helping clients manage injuries, recover well, and achieve their goals—whether it's rehab after surgery, overcoming a sporting injury, or staying active through pregnancy. She has a particular interest in treating neck, shoulder, knee, and ankle issues, as well as supporting women during and after pregnancy.
Outside the clinic, Dianne enjoys time with her husband (our very own osteopath Brendan), their two kids Marlon and Harlow, and their kelpies Ziggy and Darla—often found at the skate park, on family walks, or out in nature.
